"A PT, as mentioned, simply leaves his present highly taxed, over-regulated country. The move can be either to a tax haven, like Andorra, Bermuda, Campione, the Cayman Islands, etc., or almost anywhere else in the world. Few realise that the earth is one giant tax haven for the person who is not considered a 'permanent resident'. So therefor, you can see why we have chosen as our title "PT". If one is not a 'permanent resident' subject to tax, one must be something else: Either a resident of somewhere, or a resident of nowhere, i.e. a Permanent Traveler. Of course, PT can stand for a lot of other things too: Prepared Thoroughly, Perennial Tourist, Perpetual Truthseeker, Priority Thinker."
